Kimberly D. Adams

Kimberly Adams moved to Nevada in 1991.  She began her career with the Assessor's Office in 2000 as a Property Appraiser Technician.  In 2003, she was promoted to Senior Deputy Assessor and worked her way up to Chief Deputy Assessor in 2014.  Kimberly was elected Assessor in 2023.   

Kimberly has successfully completed the Nevada’s Property Tax Appraiser Certification Program and is certified in both Real and Personal Property.  She is a member of the International Association of Assessing Officer and the Nevada Assessors Association.
